CARNY:Americana on the Midway (the book which inspired the documentary), won a Bronze Medal in the POP CULTURE category at the 2008 Independent Book Publisher’s AWARDS(to be shared with good friend Isis Acquarian in her memoir ‘The Source Family’. Hooray for New Age Hippies and Carnies (whom maybe never to be in same category ever again!)
